The Form A Certificate of Origin is issued at the request of a company and is used to obtain preferences under the GSP system (Generalized System of Preferences) when exporting Bosnian and Herzegovinian goods to the customs territories of developed countries, based on the regulations of those countries.

Instructions on the procedure for issuing the Form A Certificate of Origin for the export of fruit and vegetables to the Russian Federation
The Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina informs all interested parties that the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH has issued Instructions on the procedure for issuing the Form A Certificate of Origin for the export of fruit and vegetables to the Russian Federation, which come into force on the date of adoption. According to these instructions, Certificates of Origin Form A will now be issued for the mentioned products. The full text of the Instructions can be found in the attachment.
